Beautiful and cosy.
This was one of the best hostels l have ever stayed at because it felt like real home. The place is clean and beautiful with many art images around and feels safe. The manager of hostel is very kind and it’s a great atmosphere all around. The location is good, you need walk uphill for few minutes but for me that was not an issue. l can recommend if you are looking for a hostel with character that feels like being at home.

Best hostel experience in South America.
Amazing location in a 100% safe Favela. Stayed here during carnival! The best staff ever. Lennon helped us getting football game-tickets to Maracanã, and together with the rest of the staff they organized a Favela Tour. Also appreciated a lot them teaching us the “do’s” and the “dont’s” for us first-timers in Brazil. If you want a local experience, great view and a feeling of staying in a more private place, stay here. Definitely coming back!

Not a real hostel.
Friendly staff and beautiful view.
I booked a hostel, and it is not. It was once but at the moment is just a guest house. So not many people to meet in there. is a bit out of hand to go up with the uber.
