We did enjoy our stay in Karpathos and at the hotel. I do prefer smaller family run hotels like this one.
Location was great, room with wonderful sea view which we enjoyed. Really comfortable beds and pillows. New air conditioning units.
Needs some updating, especially the bathroom shower, also needed a new fridge in our room, was dripping water as the freezer part was full of ice. Breakfast could be better, was repetitive, could have better quality cereal and juice, maybe some croissants, some whole fruit bananas, apples etc. A toaster would be good too.

Good value for money.
The hotel is based very close to the harbour which makes it extremely attractive for those staying at Pigadia. The room we have received was clean and had a beautiful view towards the seafront. The staff was very friendly and offered us a good experience. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone that wants to have a base in Pigadia. The price was very attractive and offered us exactly what was promised.
The breakfast buffet is pretty limited + the bathrooms could use some refreshement. Everything was clean however it was visible some things are screaming to be replaced.

Very Good
The hotel lies perfectly wothin the town. You can walk to all shops and restaurants. We had a room in the 2nd floor with a fabulous view over the harbour. Nice pool area. Breakfast was ok, but every day the same.
The bathroom. Defenitely. It needs a renovation, quick if possible. Shower isn't nice.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Free WiFi. Not over priced.
No sachets, tea bags etc. But only there 1 night. Sea view rooms are available and should be booked for longer stays.

Superb
First, I asked for a room on a high floor & that was given (with combined pool & sea view) Perfect! Second, the staff were friendly and helpful and really tried to ensure that guests were happy :) Third, the pool was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The quiet but central location was just right. Finally, we were allowed to leave luggage & use hotel facilites after checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and woudnt't hesitate to return.
People put their towels on sunbeds and left them almost the whole day even when going away from the pool área for several hours. I think this is a little unfair to other guests that surely want to enjoy the pool ... The breakfast could have been a little more exciting.
