Superb
Very nice view from the window and the apartment itself. We were 7 people and it was very comfortable. You have all the necessary kitchen equipment for the cooking, also large variety of dishes and dishwasher. The house itself is very clean and cozy. Very easy checkin and checkout. We enjoyed our stay there.
The location is very nice, with the bus stop next to it, however there was no clear bus schedule and in case you decide to walk to the ski lift, especially in ski boots, then its not so easy as you need to go uphill.

Superb
The place is quite, on the bank of the small river, which flows between rocks 10 meters below. Hotel inside part is securited everywhere, and You can enter only with the card, and good news - You can order few cards (not one). We ordered three.
You must climb the hill up to 20 - 25m to reach Stubnerkogelbahn. It's good for heart.

Very Good
The location is very close to the city center and to the waterfall. We were afraid the sounds of the waterfall would disturb us in the night, which was not the case. Supermarket (Eurospar) is located near the apartment, which is very comfortable. The apartment itself is very nice and very lovely balcony. We received Gastein card which is a guest card in Gastein area, with it we could do many activities with reduced prices, such as the public bus (1.50 Euro instead of 5.10 Euro to Dorfgastein), cable cars, and the thermal baths. It was a pleasant surprise because gastein card was not mentioned at all in the description (Or I oversaw it).
If I can check in starting 4 PM and have to check out at 9.30 AM I would assume that the housekeeping have plenty of time to clean the apartment and I can leave the apartment as it is. I don't understand why we have to have all the dishes cleaned (or in the dishwasher), putting the trash into the bin room at the basement and some other house rules. We are already busy getting ready, packing the suitcases, getting breakfast. Until 9.30 is such a small timeframe to do everything with small kids. If the apartment expect me to do some cleaning during check out, I would expect that I can check out at 11 AM and check in at 1 or 2 PM.
