Iris 4 review.
Excellent location, really close to the aiguille du midi station, about 7 mins walk from centre and about 3 mins to cham sud bus station. It had all the bits and pieces needed for self catering. .. although we can't resist cool cats and Poco locos for food! The staff at Chamonix resort who managed the booking were super helpful and friendly, really appreciated the What's app messages before and during our stay. Clearly they all understand excellent customer service.
The sofa bed was quite stiff to put back together, luckily I had my strong teenage son to put it back but I would have struggled. Some shelves in the cupboards downstairs would be useful for whoever is staying on the sofa bed, the drawers in the bedroom were an excellent provision but there wasn't anywhere really to store clothes other than some hangers downstairs.

Great location, but only good if you're short and somewhat lean.
The location is great, and the view is also really nice. There is equipment for making food, though no oven, only a microwave, which is a shame.
The apartment is small for two traveling people. There's also no way to get suitcases up the stairs (even a backpack is pretty tight). And the bed is extremely short - anyone taller than 180cm probably won't fit.

For the 2 of us we had an excellent stay and trip.
Good location.
For 4 people it is too small.
