Aloft Brooklyn.
Super friendly staff. The woman who manages the bar was friendly, interesting, and helpful with directions and ideas of what to do.
The bed was horrible. It felt like I waa sleeping on a metal bar that was part of the bed. I left a penny on the floor. It was never picked up by cleaners.

Great spot for a solo traveller.
The location was great for me close to public transport, and a multitude of eating options.
Small hiccup when I checked in and had to stay at another hotel for the night, but it was quickly resolved the following day.

Clean is my number one priority and your place meet my needs. I had good sleep with your comfy bed and pillow. The room size that I booked is perfect for couples.
At the first night arrived a little worried the safety because the door damaged as by robbing.

I’ve had better stays at aloft.
It’s very clean the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
The alarm system kept going off or something of that nature all the guest were in the hallway trying to figure it out the elevator was down and no staff informed anyone what the issues were. My television in the first room wasn’t working they sent someone who didn’t speak English to help with the issue that wasn’t resolved spent a hour trying to fix something we clearly knew wasn’t going to be fixed we ended up requesting another room.
