Everything fine except for the receptionist.
Very simple but cute, nice pool.
The guy at the reception the worst ever! Very impolite, he didn’t want us to pay with the card saying there was not internet while it was working properly on my phone. He kept switching off the machine in order not to work. Yesterday I asked for a beer and went to pay the 4 dollars as it was in the Menu and he said 5 and changed by pen. When I went to the restaurant another guy charged 4 usd for the same beer which means the guy at the reception charged me more. Everything fine expect for this guy who should not work in the property since he doesn’t know how to treat with clients.

Very Good
The hotel is located close to the lake Manyara, we received the visit of 3 hippos, homever the security was prepared and we felt very safe. The staff were very friendly, the food is great and the location was amazing.

Nice pool and animals around but too expensive all in all.
This camping is in a nice position accessible from Mto wa Mbu and it extends towards the lake shore. The swimming pool is great and there are zebras and wildebeests around the garden. Restaurant has a great view and very nice food. Common bathrooms facilities were quite clean.
There is an extra fee for being in a reserve are on top of hotel reservation and quite expensive. We had booked 1 glamping tent for my parents and 1 camping spot. The glamping tent that was given was very small and right next to the parking lot, not super clean or particularly nice - not what my parents needed and didn't really resemble the nice pictures. The camping spot was possible only where they said, not around the entire garden/camping area. We were told to place the tent next to the parking lot and in front of the reception. The whole area where we were sleeping was quite noisy at night due to animals and cleaning other tents and cars from the parking lot leaving for safari early at night. I assume that if you pay even extra and get a tent elsewhere in the camping, it would be different.
