Pretty average stay - wouldn't have booked if I knew about the demolition next door.
Common areas: reception, pool etc. beautiful - modern and clean facilities.
Reception area gave us a false sense of what the rooms would be like! Building next door was being demolished, construction started around 7am and made everywhere very dusty. No mention of this prior to booking or from reception on check in. Our room was filthy, doors were scuffed, bathroom door didn't close, bedside light didn't work, black hairs on mattress protector, walls & doors where so thin could hear people coming and going all night! Felt like a 3 star hostel.

It was a happy one week’s stay for us as it ended wininng a top prize in a music competition. We had utmost care and sup.
Staff, privacy, comfort, location.
Everything was good in our case. we have been privileged to occupy a duplex suite. The room we saw in the first place was very small and did not correspond description on Booking. we used room service once and food came from external source (hotel doesn‘t have own restaurant), it was average.

Not a 4 star hotel.
Room on the ground floor, next to the reception. Constant noise of doors closing, noise from the street and especially the pipes. When the upstairs rooms went to the bathroom, we listened to the pipes. Air conditioning did not work, windows impossible to open because it was on the ground floor, so it was really really hot. The cleaning of the room was not ideal. Honestly nothing satisfied because the amount we paid did not compensate for anything. Actually not satisfied.
