Exceptional hotel, want to come again to stay.
Location is number 1, almost everything you want to see in Paris is less than 20 minutes. The hotel interior is unique and happy, the staff was so kind. The breakfast was delicious with French chees and some English styled dishes. The open bar is a good idea and could be helpful to have a snack during 2 meals. The room was not too large, but I think bigger than the typical hotel room in Paris, you can open your luggage at least next to the bed. :D Everything was clean and nice. I would calculate with this nice hotel for my next trip again in Paris. Absolutely recommended.
The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom, I think this was the only drawback.

Great hotel, with Friendly Staff and Easy Access to shops and attractions.
It's centrality to touristic attractions, stores and shopping centres, as well as the Metro. The 24 hour access to hot and cold beverages and snacks were also a major plus. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, especially the manager.
The hotel could use a bit of refreshing. Particularly updating the stairs, replacing the carpeting and using a less busy colour scheme for the walls on the guest floors.
