it was cold - had to ask for a heater. there was no teapot. sometimes there were no hot water.

Helpful staff, spacious room close to the park.
The staff at the reception was very helpful! Explained everything, check in process was very smooth. I asked for invoice it was prepared according to all my request. I had some issues with login to wi-fi and they quickly solved it.
TV in a room did not work but I was not planning to use it anyway. The hotel feels a bit outdated, some broken tiles and bruised corners but not that it makes much difference to overall experience. The only a bit more mayor issue - the mattress was very hard, not the way I am used to.
