Location is great. Staff is helpful. Clean room.
Location is good. Love buffet. Clean tables. Set up is great. People are attentive to guests.
Eggs could be boiled not always half-cooked scrambled. like omelettes. Maybe at times, pancakes. Bacon & sausages have to be cooked a little bit more. Vegetables always the same. There should be variety including fruits not always the same everyday.

A great place to stay.
The location of this hotel was great! It is a short walk (5mins) to city hall station and in walking distance to Myeongdong night markets and the shopping markets. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast had a wide selection of Asian, western and Korean dishes which was good. The beds are comfortable and they give you pjs to sleep in as well.
The shower in our room (1313) was positioned in a way that was impossible to use as a shower. It aimed straight onto the floor of the bathroom covering the sink/floor etc. A massive design flaw which they attempted to fix with a shower curtain but this was less than ideal. I hope they fix this by changing the shower head.

Lovely but not worth the money.
The hotel is in a great location.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful We booked the line friends rooms and didnt get half of what was advertised. I also asked for a corny room as we were two girls and they couldnt accommodate us. I requested a cake for the room as it was my cousins 40th… they couldnt do this despite selling cakes in the hotel.
