Paying for the location.
During our recent stay at the hotel, we found it quite good in terms of amenities and services, but it came with a higher price tag. While we enjoyed staying in that location, it felt like we were paying a premium to be there rather than for any additional value the hotel provided.
Most of the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. However, on a few occasions, I felt that some staff members were not fully engaged in serving customers. Nonetheless, the chap who helped us with the check-in process was exceptional and made our experience brilliant.
