Ubication and very friendly and helpful staff.
No coffee maker , no water to drink, no fridge, room was very small.

A good hotel for Ancud.
The hotel were able to provide a breakfast for us at 6.15am as we had to leave early to catch the ferry.
The prices quoted by booking. com varied. The first screen said price included all taxes and the second said it didn’t. The price DID NOT included taxes unless you paid in cash using American dollars, which as British tourists we did not have. Therefore we had to pay an extra 19%.
