Good hotel and some great staff.
Great pool area and location was perfect and the older Doorman / Concierge was brilliant!
Arrived off delayed flight at 21.10 and quick check in. Told last order for the restaurant was 21.30, so returned direct from room to the restaurant by 21.20 ready to order. Staff clearly didn’t want to serve me as they were closing, they proceeded to argue about it between themselves at which point I left embarrassed! Ate and drank elsewhere for the whole stay.

In general nice hotel, but with room for improvements.
Check-in area 1st floor next to the restaurant, not enough check-in counters. Gym very poorly equipped, one of the worst 5 star hotel gyms I have ever seen. Aircon and light control unit quite complicated, especially for older people, additional option to switch lights on and off manually recommended. Windows are soundproofed, the doors are not, you can hear every cough and conversation from the floor.
