Very Good
The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had good variety and the location was great. Very walkable to most places of interest.
The traffic and city noise was very loud, even on the 15th floor. It made it hard to sleep. The TV had no English channels.

Disappointing.
The lobby of the hotel was magnificent. Staff were friendly and polite at all times.
The room was described as having a city view but only looked onto other buildings, the shower was dingy and only half worked as the tap ran at the same time, the toilet seat had to be held up. There was no tea or coffee facility in the room. The hotel provided a small bottle of water on the first night but no more. The hotel did offer another room on the second day but I felt my stay was too short to be packing and unpacking.

Cheap stay for no facilities.
The location and price.
The wifi did nt work and there was no air conditioning, and in Bogota you ll suffer with out it.

A very good old-fashioned hotel.
This is an old-fashioned grand hotel - it's 75 years old - where the uniformed staff are quick to help. Unprepossessing to look at, but its rooms are spacious. The buffet breakfast is bountiful and it's located close to the National Museum and the trendy Macarena neighbourhood with its Irish pubs and other restaurants. In all, it was terrific value for money, especially as we got a free upgrade and ended up with an extra room and an extra bathroom. Not bad for £175 for three nights. The lifts were a bonus. We were on the 15th floor but never had to wait.
Wifi was about the only downside, it would drop in and out.
