Exceptional
It was in a perfect location just across from the Raffles Hotel. First time in Singapore and so went on the Red Bus ride. But once on, I realised this hotel is in perfect location with China Town and little India on the same street. Albeit at opposite ends. But if you're keen to walk its doable without getting the bus tour as its located in the middle of everywhere you'd want to go. The Raffles Mall is located downstairs and has lots of high end shops with the food courts located in basement. Lots of other shopping malls within walking distance of the hotel and that's about 15 mins walk max to each. If that. The hotel and rooms were exceptional. Staff all very friendly. This will be my choice of hotel for Singapore for future trips.

We are definitely coming again as we enjoy this place very much!
The location is perfect. Room was comfortably big with amazing view. The service and staff was great. We would recommend access to Golden Lounge, quite place with very good food selection, including breakfast, and super friendly staff.
The pools were busy.
