They feature a living room, a bedroom with a large bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom with bath and shower. The terrace looks out onto the park, swimming pool, castle and river. Set in a house of the 15th century located next to a river, right in the middle of the Gorges du Tarn area, hotel Château de la Caze is a typical castle from a fairytale and is surrounded by golden cliffs and a forest. It offers a spa and fitness centre, a private beach and a heliport. The hotel consists of 10 rooms in the castle and 6 rooms in the annex, La Maison Martine. The annex is located 40 meters from the castle, opposite the swimming pool.

Incredible experience - wonderful location - great food.
Wow what an amazing experience to stay in this ancient castle - we will never forget dining on the terrace (wonderful food) and looking out across the gorge. Our room was much more spacious and beautifully appointed than the photos showed.

A beautiful place to stay if you are keen to experience an authentic castle stay, loved the pool too.
Friendly staff. The young lady who greated us and showed us around was lovely. Restaurant staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Recommended it if you are into the romance of a castle.
Stunning location! !! The morning mist (September with day temperatures still in the high twenties) made the place even more special. Big room, comfortable bed. (staid in superior double in the castle building).
No WiFi (not even in communal areas). My husband had to sit in the window to get some work done via 4G. Place is quiet remote and has no full day bar or restaurant. If one wants something between breakfast and dinner, one needs to get into the car and drive. Whilst bed was comfortable, the chairs in the room were too old to sit on, not level, wobbly and creaky. Again another inconvenience tring to work remotely. I'd recommend the place if you are into the romance of staying in an old castle. It's quite remote and is surrounded by river, mountains and firest. One can get transported back in time.
