In general it’s ok but could be better.
The shuttle service, check in and out was very quick. The kids enjoyed the variety of activities, snack, icecream.
Limited variety of food and very crowded at the buffet. Was charged more than what was confirmed when booked. Poor staff service at the buffet and very foward for tips. Room service was not included and it is not stated when booking. Night shows were nice.

food average and very noisy so get waken up quite often.
The hotel has a nice beach, but 200m. left the beach has eroded already quite drastically so unfortunately only a matter of time until this one does to. Good weather.
Food was o.k. but not more. Also the "A la Carte restaurant" were not extremely tasty. Not a lot of pleasure eating the food. In the morning when you go for a trip at 6 a.m. you ask for food to take away, they tell you to go to the breakfast which opens officially at 6h30, but in reality always alter and then have nothing not even a coffee in the morning. Pillow stinks like very humid stuff. Very loud because the doors are not well noise insulated and you get waken up every night middle of the night due to the other customers being drunk in the resorts and shouting in the corridors. In the morning, it is the run to get chairs at the beach, because at 8 a.m. already everything is taken.
