Great location in the heart of the Zona Colonial. Clean room, comfortable bed. Gabriel was friendly and always ready to provide the best information. His English is very good. Great job!

nice spot at downtown.
It located at downtown is perfect if you wanna go to walk and discover the colonial houses and the beautiful church.

Okay Stay in Hotel Cana Palma.
The staff was extremely helpful and attended to our every need. The place was clean and spacious. Location was close to Colonial Zone. Everything in the room worked well.
We had a basement room with no windows or view and we could hear the family living next door moving around very loudly. No facilities/kettle or cups in the room to make our own tea and you have to go outside onto the street to go to reception to get tea or coffee in the morning.

Very Good
It's a good place for one night. We had a really early flight and their taxi service to the airport worked perfectly.
Bedsheets smelled quite bad, that's all I can think of.
