Arriving passengers planning to stay in the city are not allowed to stay in Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.
Departing passengers from city to note that most airline counters open only 3 hrs before departure. As such, you are not allowed access into the Transit area earlier, unless early check-in is available with your airline.
If in doubt on arrival, please approach our 24-hour front desk for advice about luggage collection, onward boarding pass or about re-entering the transit area.

Rooms spotless and very convenient.
The room was great. Shared bathroom facilities were not too much of a problem. The majority of staff were helpful. Breakfast lacked something. .freah coffee, fresh fruit, and yoghurt would have been great.
Upon arriving at the hotel reception, having spent 3 weeks in the rainforest and over 24 hours travelling, I didn't look my best. A member of the reception team took one look at me, shook her head having looked at my booking and redirected me to the lounge. Somewhat impolite, failed to review the information provided, on the bais of presentation perhaps? Lounge staff were kind and professional and escorted me back over to the hotel. Not a great front of house experience!
